This policy governs how our website treats cancellation, return and refund request by client for products purchased on www.easybuyproducts.com.au These terms are NOT applicable in case of purchase of products from third party (website, individual, retail store etc.)
Orders may be cancelled in full or part by emailing us on email@example.com within 24 hours of placing order. Kindly mention your order number in email subject and provide reason for cancellation.
Cancellations beyond 24 hours will not be entertained barring special circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Easy Buy Products.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 14 business days.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be returned for store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
Return request will only be entertained if the product/s delivered to you are not as per specifications shown on our website or if you have received them in damaged condition.
We request you to visually check the product/s at the time of delivery for any signs of damage. If your product is ‘Damaged On Delivery’ (DOD), then kindly report it by emailing on http://easybuyproducts.com.au/ within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Product/s that are not reported as DOD within 24 hours of receiving delivery will not be considered damaged and will not be eligible for return. Kindly mention your order number in subject and provide details of damage (photos if possible). We will respond promptly to such emails.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on http://easybuyproducts.com.au/. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Hence actual product colour might slightly vary as compared to how it’s visible on your computer screen. This slight colour variation will not be considered as defect, damage and product/s cannot be exchanged due to this.
Product/s that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear (E.g. thread stretch at the time of wearing, thread snap due to being stuck etc.) are not considered to be faulty and cannot be returned.
Where possible, we will offer to repair damaged products. Only if the damaged product cannot be repaired as per accepted quality, we will offer store credit.
If you wish to exchange your product/s that qualify for return for an alternative product, then first return product/s for a store credit and purchase the new item separately using that store credit.
Store credit can be used to purchase any other product/s onhttp://easybuyproducts.com.au/ within 3 months of receiving such credit.
For the purpose of ‘Return’ we must receive the product/s within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.
Product/s should be returned in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, special packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be returned with the product/s.
Unidentified returns will not be accepted.
